Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of JongArena (the website, hand-scoring calculators, learning content, and league-management tools together, "JongArena" or "the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

JongArena is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed with little notice while the service is actively developed.

Accounts

You need an account (email/password or Google sign-in) to join or manage leagues. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and keep your username to yourself -- don't impersonate someone else.

A limited "Continue as Guest" demo mode is available without creating an account, for trying the product before committing.

Acceptable Use

Report match results honestly. League Admins and Owners rely on submitted results to keep standings fair for everyone in the league -- deliberately falsifying results is a violation of these terms and grounds for removal from a league or the platform.

Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the join-code system to access leagues you weren't invited to, scrape the service at volume, or otherwise interfere with it operating normally for other users.

Content You Submit

You keep ownership of the content you submit -- match results, league/club information, your display name and avatar. By submitting it, you allow JongArena to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the service (e.g. showing your match history to other members of your league).

No Warranty on Scoring Accuracy

The hand-scoring calculators are practical aids built from public rule references, not certified implementations of any official rulebook. Rare or edge-case patterns may be missing or approximated. Always defer to your table's own house rules for anything that actually matters -- see the Calculator page for ruleset-specific notes.

Termination

You can stop using JongArena and request account deletion at any time by contacting us (see Contact below). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly repeated dishonest match reporting or abuse of other users.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

JongArena is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, while in beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JongArena and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes between players over match results or league standings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves out of beta. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
